This is a beautiful book It is written and illustrated with love respect and vast knowledge but sadly most of the recipes really aren t feasible in a domestic kitchen for those not infused in the ways of Ethiopian cuisine It is a brave and ambitious cook who will take these recipes on and unfortunately I am not that cook Regretfully I returned the book for a refund

    This cookbook made me feel like i was literally in Ethiopia! The recipes are great i only wish there were photos for all of them but the recipes that have photos are just stunning The non recipe photos are equally stunning! I am blown away at the detail its literally like im right there with them I love this book sooo much!
